『COVER GIRL』是Tsuji Ayano首次嘗試翻唱的作品，在東京和京都2張不同主題的CD中共收錄了14首歌曲， 在Tokyo Side中收錄了２首人氣廣告歌及經典歌曲，包括了Canon廣告歌的山下達郎的「遊行隊伍」、PS2人氣遊戲軟體「隨身玩伴～TORO貓與流星」的廣告歌「對星祈願(When You Wish Upon A Star)」 的日文版，另外還有與奧田民生一起合唱了南方之星的「Sha‧la‧la」、由Tsuji Ayano親自編曲演唱須賀的「黃金之月」；而Kyoto Side則是以孕育Tsuji Ayano成長的京都為背景，收錄多首在她成長過程中充滿回憶的歌曲， 像是SPITZ的「Cherry」、吉田拓郎的「結婚吧」等許多同樣也是許多人回憶中的歌曲。
